Eva and her late husband owned and operated a popular restaurant in Roseville, CA for 30 years.In December of 2022, Eva sold the restaurant and prepared to move on to the next phase of her life. She was looking forward to a retirement filled with travel, gardening and visiting family.Less than one month later, a tragic incident would destroy any hope Eva once had for a comfortable retirement.
